How do I check if a bank is supported for Australia Bank Feeds SuiteApp?
You can check the list of banks supported by the SuiteApp when granting your consent in the SISS Consent popup window.
What should I do if my bank is not supported for Australia Bank Feeds?
If your bank is not available in the SISS Consent popup windows list of bank providers, you can connect to your bank using the Auto Bank Statement Import SuiteApp.
Does Australia Bank Feeds SuiteApp have a limitation on the number of banks that I can import?
There is no effective limit on the number of banks that you can import in the SuiteApp.
Can I get real-time feeds from my bank?
An automated daily import schedule is performed by the system to ensure you have an updated account balance in NetSuite.

Can the daily import schedule be customized?
No. The automated daily import schedule cannot be customized.
What is the timeline for banks to release transactions?
Normally, Australian banks release transactions the following day. For example, transactions for December 15 are seen on the SuiteApp on December 16.
Delays in the appearance of bank transactions can be because of bank internal issues, transaction issues, public holidays, or weekends. Contact NetSuite Customer Support if the transactions are not reflected on the second day after the transactions are made.
