Scenario

Users need to create a Saved Search todisplaythe attached Files on transaction records on a column with a live hyperlink that allows the download of the file.

Solution

  1. Navigate toLists>Search>Saved Searches>New
  2. ClickTransaction
  3. Search Title:EnterDisplay File Attachment
  4. ClickResults
  5. ClickColumns
  6. Field:
    • SelectFile Fields...
      1. File Field:SelectName
      2. ClickSet
  7. ClickAdd
  8. ClickSave & Run
