Scenario

Customer added a Custom field in their Expense Report form named 'Reference Number' with function that is the same as Document Number but is assigned by the User and not by the System. This Reference Number field is located at the main line of the form.

When creating Expense Reports, customer uses the Import Assistant to Import CSV Records. The Reference Number is indicated in the Secondary file together with the line items of the Expense Reports. This process returns the error: This record already exists.

Solution

Since the Custom Field is located in the Main Line of the Expense Report form, the field should be included in the Primary File of the Expense Reports to Import.
