Scenario

User running a Transaction Bulk Email using Mass Update is only sending attachments with an HTML file, even if theEmail Preference in the Customer record is set to PDF.

Solution

Users can send Bulk Emails with a PDF attachment by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate toHome>Set Preferences
  2. ClickTransactions
  3. Printing:
    • Transaction Email Attachment Format: SelectPDF
  4. ClickSave
    Note: This change will apply at a user levelonly.Applying the preference at the company level is not yet available in the system, but you can set the preference on a role level.
