Quantity-based Price Levels and Other Related Pricing Schedule fields are not available in Service Items for Sale and Resale items.
Solution:
This scenario occurs when both of the following features are enabled within the system:
a. Bill Costs To Customers
b. Per-Employee Billing Rates
The features above can be located at the following navigational paths if you are logged in as an Administrator:
a.Setup>Company>Enable Features>Transactionstab >Billingsection >Bill Costs To Customers
b.Setup>Company>Enable Features>Employeestab >Time & Expensessection >Per-Employee Billing Rates
A related enhancement has already been filed regarding this limitation in the system.
