Scenario
User re-opens a Customer Return Authorization that was accidentally set to Closed status.
Solution
Navigate toTransactions>Customers>IssueReturn Authorizations>List
ClickEditontheReturn Authorization
Items tab:UnmarkClosedcheckbox at the Item line
Note:If the Closed checkbox is missing at the Item line/s, unhide this field at the preferred form or custom form in use for the transaction.ClickOK
