Resolve Error: "You have entered an Invalid Field Value XXX for the following field: custbody_seql_related_project" Upong Saving the Vendor Bill

Scenario

An error notice is received when the user edits and saves the Vendor Bill. The error pertains to a custom field from the Sequential Liability Bundle.

Solution

Note: The error above is due to the inactive Project associated with the custom field Related Project from the Sequential Liability bundle.
  1. Take note of the invalid field value number provided on the error as this is the internal ID of the inactive Project record
  2. Navigate toLists > Relationships > Projects
  3. ClickEditon the Project with the same internal ID as the noted value in step 1
  4. ClickSystem Information
  5. Inactive: RemoveCheckmark
  6. ClickSave
