Scenario

The custom role can access the Purchase Order Register Report even when no permission for Vendors is granted to the role.

Solution

Purchase Order Register Report is driven by the following permission:

If user wish for the custom role not to be able to access the said report, remove the Non Posting Registerspermission by following steps below:

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
2. Custom Role: Click Edit
3. Click Permissions
4. Click Lists
5. Remove Non Posting Registers
6. Click Save
