Sales Reports Do Not Include Shipping Costs

Scenario
Users may notice that the Sales Reports are not including Shipping Costs on the results.
Solution
The following setup should be confirmed, as one one of them could be preventing theShipping Coststo be considered when running Sales Reports:
- Check if the preferenceInclude Shipping in Sales and Forecast Reportsis turned on:
- Navigate toSetup>Accounting>Accounting Preferences>Items/Transactions tab>Sales & Pricingsection
- Check the Shipping Items setup ifAccount (Shipping)and Account(Handling)post to Income and Other Income Accounts:
- Navigate toLists>Accounting>Shipping Items>Review each Shipping Item
