Saved Search > List of Inactivated Customers

Scenario
A user wants to create a list of all customers that have been inactivated in the system.
Solution
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Searches > New.
2. Select Customer. See the screenshot below
3. Under the the Criteria tab, add a field called 'Inactive' then select YES and click the Set button. See the sample screenshot below:
NOTE: By default, this includes Customers, Leads, and Prospects. If you wish to pull up all customers only, add the field called 'Stage' and then select Customer. See the sample screenshot below:
4. Enter a title on your search then hover on the arrow down and click Save & Run. This will save your search list and show you the results. See the sample screenshot below:
