Saved Search > Show Changes to Roles and Permissions

Scenario

A user wants to create a saved search that displays any changes made to Roles or Permissions.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Role
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Click the Results tab and select/enter the following fields:

Note: Always click Add once the field is selected and adjusted as needed.

  • Name
  • Level
  • Permission
  • Permission Change
  • Permission Change Date

5. Click Save
