Scenario

To create a transaction saved search that shows the actual ship date on the item fulfillment.

Solution

Here are the steps to do this:

1. Navigate to Reports > SavedSearches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transactions
3. Enter the Search Title
4. Under Criteria tab > Standard subtab > add the following criteria:
   - Type = Sales Order
   - Main Line = False (to limit the result to line items on the order only)
   - Actual Ship/Receipt Date is between mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy
5. Under Results tab > Columns subtab > add the following fields aside from your desired fields to be shown in the result:
   - Item
   - Actual Ship/Receipt Date
   - Status
6. Under the Results tab, mark the Show Totals checkbox.
7. Save and Run the search.
