Scenario

Below are the steps to create an Item Saved Search to show changes made on price level on a specific time frame.

Solution

1. Go to Lists > Search > SavedSearches > New
2. Click Items
3. SearchTitle: Enter Search Title
4. Click Criteria tab
5. Click Standard subtab
6. Filters:
   • Select System Notes Fields...
     • System Notes: Select Date
     • Enter preferred date
     • Click Set
   • Select System Notes Fields...
     • System Notes: Select Field
       • Field: Select Pricing
     • Click Set
7. Click Result tab
8. Click Columns subtab
9. Click Remove All Button
10. Fields:
    • Select Name
    • Select System Notes Fields...
      • System Notes: Select Date
    • Select System Notes Fields...
      • System Notes: Select Field
    • Select System Notes Fields...
      • System Notes: Select Old Value
    • Select System Notes Fields...
      • System Notes: Select New Value
11. Click Save & Run
