Shipping Tax Code Blanks After Changing Shipping Address

Scenario:

Shipping Tax Code becomes blank after user changes Shipping Address in new Sales Order.

Solution:

To prevent the concern from happening, add the item line(s) first before changing the shipping address.

  1. Transaction>Sales>EnterSales Order
  2. SelectCustomer
  3. SelectShipping Method
  4. Note: Shipping Tax Code auto populates
  5. AddItemline(s)
  6. Change Shipping Address

Result:Shipping Tax Code does not become blank.
