Show Missing Events in Show Activity Window

Scenario
User needs to show missing Events on the Customer's Show Activity Window.
OnlyPublicevents are displayed on a customer's Show Activity Window. Event records with an Event Access ofShow as BusyorPrivatedo not display.
Solution
- Navigate toHome>Set Preferences
- ClickActivities
- Calendar Section:
- Default Event Access Setting For New Events:SelectPublic
- ClickSave
