Scenario

Unexpected error occurs when specific user on a custom role accesses the Approve Bills page while other users can access the page without getting any error.

Solution

1. Log in using the custom role
2. Access the url: https:///XXXXXX.app.netsuite.com/app/accounting/transactions/customizetranlist.nl?taskid=TRAN_VENDBILLAPPRV&prefid=TRAN_VENDBILLAPPRV&machid=order&page=Approve%2BBills&machine=Orders
   Note: Replace XXXXXX with the Account ID
3. On the Additional ColumnsTab > untick all the "Include" box
4. Click Save
5. Access the page again by going to Transactions > Payables > Approve Bills; or
6. Go to the Reminders Portlet
7. Click Setup
8. Add Bills to Approve
9. Click Save
10. Click Bills to Approve on the reminders portlet

Note: Best practice would be to not customize the sublist or just add few fields. Otherwise, user may use saved search if you wanted to view more field.
