Scenario

Create a transaction saved search to list files attached to Invoice records.

Solution
  1. Navigate toReports>Saved Searches>All Saved Searches>New
  2. ClickTransaction
  3. ClickCriteria
  4. ClickStandard:
    Note:Always click Set and Add once Field is selected and adjusted as needed.
    • SelectMain Line
      • Main Line: SelectYes
      • ClickSet
    • SelectType:
      • Type: SelectInvoice
      • ClickSet
    • SelectFile Fields...:
      • File Filter: Select:Internal ID
      • Internal ID:Selectnone of
      • Click theSelect Multiplebutton
      • Select- None-
      • ClickSet
