Update Item Record to Add Price Level via CSV Import

Scenario:

User tried to update theItem Price Levelin theItem Recordvia CSV Import. The result shows that the import was successful but the Item Record was not updated.

Solution:

  1. Navigate toSetup>Accounting>Accounting List

  2. ClickFilters

  3. Type:SelectPrice Level

  4. Look forPrice Levelswith similar name

  5. ClickEdit
    Note:    Editon one of the Price Level which did not update and with similar names.

  6. Price Level:Change name

  7. ClickSave
