Viewing Fixed Asset Reports

You can view a list of the reports that you generated for the past 30 days from the My Reports page.
To view fixed asset reports:
Go to Fixed Assets > Reports > My Reports.
The page displays the reports in reverse chronological order.
Click theDate Generatedlink to view or download the report.
If you have sufficient permission, you can click theDelete Reportlink next to the report you want to delete.
To delete multiple reports, check the boxes beside the reports that you want to delete or clickMark All, and then clickDelete.
If you are an account administrator, you can clickShow All Reportsto view all the reports you generated on your account.
Note:This option is available when you enable theAllow Administrator to View All Reportspreference from Fixed Assets > Setup > System Setup.
