Preferences to Avoid Underwater Sale/ Item Fulfillment Preferences

Scenario:
User would like to know the preferences to avoid fulfilling items without enough quantity.

Solution:
A. Fulfill Based on Commitment Preference

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences
2. Click Order Management tab
3. Go to Fulfillment section 
4. Fulfill Based on Commitment: Select Limit to Committed in the drop down

B. Allow Overage on Item Fulfillments Preference

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences
2. Click on Order Management tab
3. Go to Fulfillment section 
4. Allow Overage on Item Fulfillments: Do not mark checkbox
   Note: If Allow Overage on Item Fulfillments is enabled, the system overrides the fact that the Fulfill Based on Commitment setting is set to Limit to Committed.

C. Inventory Level Warning Preference

1. Navigate to Home
2. Click Set Preferences
3. Click Transactions tab
4. Go to Warnings section
5. Inventory Level Warnings: Mark checkbox
