User needs to get a copy of their web orders received from their web-store in order to manage their orders efficiently.
- In NetSuite, navigate to Commerce > Website > Website List
- Edit the website
- On the Website Setup go to Email tab > Order Emails
- Mark Send Email checkbox
- Email From Address: Enter email address
- Mark Send BCC Emails checkbox
Note: On the text area, enter an email address into the text area to receive copies of the Order Received emails sent to customers. If this is not selected, no copies of customers' email confirmation messages will be received. Enter more than one address separated by a comma.
- Click Save
