Remove the -No Location- Column on Profit and Loss Financial Report

User would like to remove the -No Location- column on their Profit and Loss Report.

1. On the report page under the Footer Filter, click the double-arrow More button
2. Click the drop-down list for LocationAny Of
3. Click on the first location
4. Press and hold Shift key
5. Click the last location
• Note: This should select all Locations. Notice that this returned-Multiple-in the field, instead of all.
6. Click Refresh button
