Global Search Showing Multiple Results > Select One Record and Press Enter > Routes to Results List instead of Specific Record

When doing a Global Search showing multiple results then pressed Enter on one record, it pulls up a list of records instead of routing to the specific record selected.

This is the standard behavior of the system when thePage Search preference is enabled. Page Search enables the Menu Search feature to see enhanced results in the global search. This option is enabled by default.

Follow the steps below to disable the Page Search preference:
1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
2. Click Analytics tab
3. Under Search section, unmark Page Search checkbox
4. Click Save
