In Transactions > Financial > Set up Budgets, User has correctly created Budget for the period. But when viewing Reports > Banking/Budgeting > Budget vs Actual > Budget Amount column is 0.
The possible reason is Report by Period is set to Never. To check and correct this:
- Go to Home > Set Preferences > Analytics > Reporting section > Report by Period is set to Financials Only or All Reports
- Check the Budget vs. Actual Report and Budget Amount should now reflect accordingly.
