How to resolve error saying "This Entity Already Exists" when importing Customers to update External ID.
Solution
Find the record that uses External ID:
1. Navigate to Lists>Search>Saved Searches>New
2. Click Entity
3. Search Title: Enter Title
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Standard
6. Filter:

5. Click Standard
6. Filter:
- Select External ID
- External ID: Enter External ID
Note: Use the External ID encountered during CSV Import
6. Click Results
7. Click Columns
8. Field:
Note:Always click Add once Field selected and adjusted as needed.

- Select ID
- Select Name
- Select Type
Note: To resolve the issue, the External IDs in the CSV file can be edited to add a character/s.
