Email sent from a Test Drive/Demo Account (TSTDRV) is not received by intended recipient.
Solution
The reason that emails are not received by intended recipients when sent from a Demo Account is the applied email routing policy. By default, email sent from a Demo Account is received only by the logged-in user, i.e. only by the user who sent/triggered the email. This is a security measure applied to avoid accidentally sending emails to actual Customers/Vendors/Employees when performing testing in a Demo Account. To check intended recipients, review the email subject as it should contain related email addresses: (originally To: johndoe@abc.com). It is not possible to change this setting.
