Scenario
User is unable to find their pre-configured Email Template when performing a Transaction Bulk Email action via Mass Update although it can be seen under Document > Template > Email Template.
Solution
- Create a new Template Category
- Navigate to Documents > Templates > Template Categories > New
- Select a Template Version: Click Email
- Enter Name
- Template: Select any Email Template
- Click Add
- Click Save
- Perform the Bulk Email action via Mass Update
- Navigate to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates
- Mass Updates:
- Actions: Click Expand All
- Transactions: Click Bulk Email
- Actions: Click Expand All
- Go to Message tab
- Template Category: Select the created Template Category
- Template Category: Select - All -
- Email Template: Select Email Template
Note: Email Template drop-down field should now lists all Email Templates.
