Scenario
User wants to have a Saved Search report to pull the Last Sales Order Created
Solution
- Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
- Select Transactions
- Add desired Search Title
- Under the Criteria subtab > Standard sublist > Add the following Filters:
- Type: is Sales Order
- Main Line: is true
- Under Results subtab > Columns sublist > Add the following Fields but not limited to:
- Date | Summary Type: Maximum | When Order by Field: Date | Custom Label: Date | Summary Label: Date
- Name | Summary Type: Group
- Document Number | Summary Type: Maximum | When Order by Field: Date | Custom Label: Last Sales Order Created | Summary Label: Last Sales Order Created
- Click Save & Run button
