Transaction Saved Search > Customer > Pull Last Sales Order Created

Scenario

User wants to have a Saved Search report to pull the Last Sales Order Created

Solution

1. Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transactions
3. Add desired Search Title
4. Under the Criteria subtab > Standard sublist > Add the following Filters:
   • Type: is Sales Order
   • Main Line: is true
5. Under Results subtab > Columns sublist > Add the following Fields but not limited to:
   • Date | Summary Type: Maximum | When Order by Field: Date | Custom Label: Date | Summary Label: Date
   • Name | Summary Type: Group
   • Document Number | Summary Type: Maximum | When Order by Field: Date | Custom Label: Last Sales Order Created | Summary Label: Last Sales Order Created
6. Click Save & Run button
