After completing the requirements to build an internal Knowledge Base, the Topics and Solutions do not appear within the Knowledge Base tab.
This happens if you have multiple sites in NetSuite and you have published the Topics and Solutions to a Web Site Category that is not on the Primary Web Site.
- Navigate to Commerce > Web Site > Web Site List
- Check which is set as the Primary
- Navigate to Commerce > Site Builder > Categories
- Knowledge Base Category: Click Edit
- Web Site: Select Primary Web Site
- Click Audience tab
- Roles: Select the Roles that should have access to the Knowledge Base
- Click Save
