Return Authorization > Missing Receive Button using Custom Role

User is trying to receive returns from RMA but the Receive button is missing. 

User is missing required permission. Follow steps below:  

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles

2. Edit Role

3. Permissions Tab > Transactions sub-tad

4. Add Receive Returns with Full permission level
