Scenario
A customer logs in to Customer Center and then submits a case. After clicking submit, the customer is redirected to the Webstore instead of staying in the Customer Center.
Solution
- Login to the Customer Center
- Copy the URL
- Login as an administrator
- Navigate to Setup > Support > Online Case Form
- Online Case Form: Click Edit
- Click Set Up Workflow
- Redirect to URL: Paste the URL of the Customer Center
- Click Save
