Inventory Adjustment > The following Bin numbers are not available

Scenario

There are instances wherein doing an Inventory Adjustment will generate an error that the Bin numbers are are not available, though upon checking the Item record we will see that the Bin is available. 

Solution

1. There are cases wherein the Bins are identical, only to find out that there was a difference in the Bin Name. A simple spelling error will make the system think that the Bins are different, thus mismatches may arise.
2. To expose all the Bins on an Item, navigate to the Item Record > Inventory tab > Inventory Detail subtab. You may Customize the view on this page wherein removing the Criteria On Hand will expose the Bins and you may uncover even negative ones.
3. Check if the item is using Units of Measure and check the available quantity in Base Unit
