Scenario
Using custom role with proper permission, user navigates to Customization > Workflow > Workflows but some existing workflows are missing.
Solution
Ensure that the role has permission to the record type(s) where the missing workflows are applied to. For example, if the Workflow is created for Opportunity records, make sure that the role has Opportunity permission with Full access level.
- Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Custom Role: Click Edit
- Click Permissions
- Click Transactions
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed. - Select Opportunity
- Level: Select Full
- Click Save
