Project Record Not Linked to the Opportunity Record

User is creating Project from Opportunity record. However, Job field is not available on the Primary Information section, but it is available on the Item sublist. When Create Project button is clicked, it doesn't link the Project to the Opportunity record.

This behavior is due to the current Accounting Preference configuration on the account.

To return the Job field on the Primary Information section:

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences

2. Click Items/Transactions subtab

3. Consolidate Jobs on Sales Transactions: Remove Checkmark

4. Click Save
