Scenario
To create a saved search that will generate a price list per unit price for all items purchased by a customer.
Solution
- Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
- Click Transaction
- Rename the Search Title
- Click Criteria tab
- Click Standard
- Add the following Filters:
a. Type: Select Sales Order, Return Authorization
b. Item Fields… Type: Select Service, Other Charge, Non-inventory Item, Kit/Package, Assembly/Bill of Materials, Inventory Item
c. Account Type: Select Income
d. Status: Select None of Return Authorization: Cancelled, Sales Order:Cancelled
- Click Results tab
- Field:
a. Select Name
- Summary Type: Select Group
b. Select Item Fields… > Name
c. Select Item Fields… > Description
d. Select Item Fields… > Base Price
9. Click Save & Run
