NetSuite Account Center is showing an error: "You do not have enough permissions to use this portlet"

Even when the user is using the Administrator role, the NetSuite Account Center still shows the error: "You do not have enough permissions to use this portlet"

1. Log in using the Administrator role
2. Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employee
3. Select the name of the user who needs the access
4. Open the Employee record in Edit mode
5. Click the Access tab
6. Click the Role tab
7. Role: Add "NetSuite Support Center"
8. Hit Save
