Even when the user is using the Administrator role, the NetSuite Account Center still shows the error: "You do not have enough permissions to use this portlet"
- Log in using the Administrator role
- Navigate to Lists > Employees > Employee
- Select the name of the user who needs the access
- Open the Employee record in Edit mode
- Click the Access tab
- Click the Role tab
- Role: Add "NetSuite Support Center"
- Hit Save
