Scenario
User created a saved search on time entries. Users wanted to create an available filter for the saved search which returns only employees. However the employee field the saved search returns all employees and customers.
Solution
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Search > New
2. On New Saved Search page > Search type > Employee
3. Criteria tab > add Inactive > No
4. Result tab >
- Add Time Fields : Date
- Add Time Fields : Date Created
- Add Time Fields : Item
- Add Time Fields : Duration
5.Available Filters tab > Time Fields : Date > marked the checkbox for SHOW IN FILTER REGION
6.Click Save & Run
