Scenario
User would like to create a saved search that will return the last Transaction and Sales Price set for each item record.
Solution
- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
- Select Item
- Search Title: Enter Title
- Click Criteria
- Click Standard
- Field:
Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.
- Select Transaction Fields...
- Transaction Filter: Select Type
- Select the following:
- Invoice
- Cash Sale
- Select Type
- Select Create
- Click Set
- Select Inventory Item
- Click Set

- Summary Type: Select Group
- Select Transaction Fields...
- Transaction Field: Select Document Number
- Summary Type: Select Maximum
- When Ordered By Field: Select Transaction Fields...

- When Ordered By Field: Select Transaction Fields...
- Select Date Created
- Select Item Rate
