Pay Run > Employment Basis must be provided and Cessation Reason Code must be provided

Scenario

User recently terminated an employee and after processing the Pay Run, an error saying "Employment Basis must be provided" and "Cessation Reason Code must be provided".

Solution

1. Edit the Employee Record
2. Use the JCurve Payroll Employee Form
3. Put details under Tax Info subtab > Employment Basis
4. Move to Human Resources subtab and add details under Termination Reason
5. Click on Save
