Scenario
While logged in to Sandbox, Release Preview or Development account navigate to Setup > Company > Sandbox Accounts. The page does not show any information regarding Sandbox accounts and only displays the error above.
Solution
- Log in to Production as Administrator
- Navigate to Setup > Company > Sandbox Accounts
Note: Sandbox accounts are managed from Production account. In order to check any information regarding Sandboxes, request a refresh, or activate a refreshed copy, log in to Production account. Similar page in Sandbox, Release Preview or Development account will always display the error mentioned above. This is expected behavior.
