Remove Decimal Places in the Item Record

User is unable to make an inventory adjustment because of small numbers and it is sending error message that serial numbers are not available.

1. Create an Inventory Adjustment by navigating to Transactions > Inventory > Adjust Inventory

2. Select: Adjustment Account

3. Set: Adjustment Location

4. Set Line Item Information:
   

   • Select: Item,
   • Select: Location
   • Select: Units (use the Base Unit of Measure)
   • Enter Negative Quantity: Adjust Qty By in decimal places

5. Click Save
