Resolve Error: "You do not have privileges to view this page" on Campaign Assistant

Scenario

When trying to access the Campaign Assistant page from Lists > Marketing > Create Email Campaigns, an error message is returned saying, "You do not have privileges to view this page".

Solution

1. Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Scripts
2. Filters:
   • Type: Select Suitelet
3. Campaign Assistant: Click View
4. Click Deployments
5. Click the Campaign Assistant deployment
6. Click Edit
7. Click Audience
8. Roles: Select the roles that should be able to access the Campaign Assistant
9. Click Save
