Scenario
If an existing website item was marked to Inactive and a shopper tries to search it in the site, customer will see the default message No Items Found; the same message will if there is no keyword found.
Solution
The following steps will guide users to customize the No Items Found message that shows in site search results.
- Navigate to Commerce > Site Builder > Customize Text
- Click Customize next to your Customize Text Group
- Click Error Messages subtab
- Search for the default text No Items Found
- Place a custom message to replace the default value in the empty field
- Click Save
