Create a Saved Search and Email when Sales order changes Status

Create a Saved Search to send an email of Sales Orders when they change Status from Pending Fulfillment to Pending Billing.

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction
3. Search Title: Enter Title 
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Standard
6. Filter:
   • Select Type
   1. Type: Select any of
   2. Box to the right: Select Sales Order
   3. Click Set
   • Select Status
     1. Status: Select any of
     2. Box to the right: Select Sales Order:Pending Billing
     3. Click Set
   • Select Main Line
     1. Main Line System Notes Filter: Select Yes
     2. Click Set
   • Select System Notes Fields...
     1. System Notes Filter: Select Field
     2. Field: Select any off
     3. Box to the right: Select any off
     4. Click Set
   • Select System Notes Fields...
     1. System Notes Filter: Select Type
     2. Type: Select Change
     3. Click Set
   • Select Custom Form
     1. Custom Form: Select any off
     2. Box to the right: Select custom form used in transaction
     3. Click Set
7. Click Result
8. Click Columns
9. Field:
   Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it, once adjusted click Add.
   • Select Date
   • Select Name
   • Select Transaction Number
   • Select Amount
   • Select Memo
10. Click Email
11. Send email alerts when records are created/updated: Enter checkmark
12. Click Specific Recipients
    • Recipient: Enter email
    • Send on update: Enter Checkmark
    • Click Add
13. Click Update Fields
    • Fields: Select Document Status
    • Click Add
14. Click Save & Run
