The Customer Profitability Detail report shows cost, revenue, and profit dollar amounts categorized by customer.
To view the Customer Profitability Detail Report:
Go to Reports > Customer/Receivables > Customer Profitability > Detail.
A message appears indicating that your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report indicates the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.
Click an amount in the Total Cost column to see the Cost by Customer report. This report shows line item details of transaction costs. If you click a customer's amount, details appear for that customer only. If you click an overall total amount, details appear for all customers.
