Scenario
Customer Center role with Case and Issue permissions creates a case. Error: “Permission Violation: You need the ‘Support Setup’ permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.”
Solution
- Navigate to Setup > Support > Support Preferences
- Click External
- External Case Form Redirect URL: Enter Redirect URL
Note: The value of the External Case Form Redirect URL should be an external page accessible outside the NetSuite account. - Click Save
