Scenario

When the user is trying to invoice customers for Charged-Based Billing Projects, some of the Charges are not available when navigating to Transactions > Customers > Invoice Billable Customers.

Solution

1. For Charged-Based Billing projects, Charges generated with Charge Stage set to Ready should be available to be billed.
2. If the Charged-Based Billing project does not have an associated Sales Order, Charges generated can be billed through Transactions > Customers > Invoice Billable Customers page. Notice that the Charge record does not have Sales Order and Sales Order Line set on the Source tab.
3. On the other hand, if the Charged-Based Billing project has an associated Sales Order, Charges generated have Sales Order and Sales Order Line set on the Source tab of the charge record. With this, Charges can then be billed through Transactions > Sales > Bill Sales Orders page or through Next Bill or Bill Remaining button on the Sales Order record.
