Users may need to create Inbound Shipment Link
Once the Inbound Shipment feature is enabled, you should be able to create Inbound Shipment Records by navigating to Transactions > Purchases > Create Inbound Shipment.
If the Create Inbound Shipment link is missing from the above navigational path, it's possible that your Center Category is customized. You can add the link to creating an inbound shipment by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to Customization > Centers and Tabs > Center Categories
2. Click on Edit for Purchases
3. Under the Values tab, add Create Inbound Shipment
4. Click Save
The Center Category may be named differently depending on your account's customization.
