Journals With Name Fall Under the -No Customer/Project- Category in Sales Reports – JCurve Solutions

Scenario

When running the Sales or A/R Aging Reports, Journal Entries are grouped under the category - No Customer/Project-. But in these Journal Entries the Name column field is populated with customer. Hence, these journals should not appear under the - No Customer/Project- category.

Solution

Possible reason is that the entity entered in the Name column is not a customer record but as Other Name record.

Note: If Other Name record is associated with Customer Record as Other Relationships, then it will be categorized under that Entity in the Sales or A/R Aging reports.
