Electronic Payments > Add Permission to a Custom Role to View Entity Bank Details
Solution
When a custom role with a View permission for Entity Bank Details under (Role) > Permissions > Custom Record can see and open the Entity Bank record but not its details in the Employee and Customer record, an additional setting should be enabled.
To make the custom role be able to view the Entity Bank Details, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types > Entity Bank Details
2. Under Permission tab > set this on the custom role:
Level = View
Default Form = Standard Entity Bank Details
3. Click Save
